Haha. YES!! It's Marché restaurant!! Marché restaurant (Mar–shay) means "market" in French and is developed by the Swiss–based Movenpick Group. It reassembles a huge market place in an European village setting providing the freshest foods which is prepared daily fresh. Guess what? You even can buy those raw and fresh ingredients to take home if you wish! What an amazing concept restaurant :D

Before you step into the restaurant, you would be block at the enter and a "Market Passport" will be given. This passport is need to take the order. Make it simple, the chefs will stamped on your passport once you order your food and later settled with the cashier. Remember not to lost it!! or else you will be receiving 200 dollars penalty. Forget about the losing penalty, don't you feel it just simply fun?

They usually open their door at 11.00a.m. everyday and whatever possible you see in the market are all freshly from market, ie: fruit, meat, seafood, meats. So you can walk around, oh yea, WALK AROUND! Before I settle down and take my order, i just can't stopping myself to take a tour in this restaurant and showing my excited due to all those colorful tiles, bright awnings, celling hangings, barrels, flagstone flooring, wagons and everything else that create the flavor of a busting European Market. As you walk into the restaurant, you are transported into a farmer's market surrounding by Swiss ski chalet. Variety of food stalls are arranged such that the guest can stroll around. I love this idea. Super duper adorable!! Bringing the guest to pretend that they are not in Malaysia but somewhere else in Switzerland. Even the front part already make me wanted to visit it for a second time! The service wise, the employers are friendly and always wanted to help you.

Back to the picking food part. before decide your meal, walk around and pay attention to every market stands. There are variety of foods provide inside and you can freely choose whatever food appeal to them. You get to see for yourself the freshness and quality of the produce; hear the food sizzling; smell the aroma from the baking oven and watch the food well prepare just under your eyes, fresh from the market! The bakery was also a delightful feast for the eyes. Pretty fruit tarts, soft sweet bun, slice of cakes and a lot more. Keep on exploring just make my lunch much more fun-er!

And the drinks part. there are few options for guest to choose. I went for fresh juice that I desire. I had to said, the fruits are really fresh and nice. Lime juice with sour plum, I love the sourish and acidic taste, rather than plain lime juice, the perserved sour plum really adds a lot of dimension to it, refreshing!

*soft sweet bun that taste nice in itself*

Chicken spaghetti that cooked in front of my eye. What can I say? This is my first time to use "fresh" to describe a flavor full chicken spaghetti! It give a home taste even thought it never present on my kitchen table but it seriously give me a home taste, it doesn't feel like any commercial kind of flavor. The cucumber, mushrooms, onion, garlic, tomato and other ingredients are all mixing well, delighted spaghetti and give your tongue a flavor bursting taste! Yum!

Spanish traditional rice! This special spanish cuisine had given me a flavor that I never taste before, it give a distinctive red–orange color and smoky, garlic and onion–ladan flavor which can't found in malaysia cuisine. I especially love the drumstick served together with the rice, the meat can easily tear off from the bone, yet the unique aroma were smoked deeply until the bone, nom nom :9
