When I was lazy to go out to have my meal,
I always get something like soya milk, yogurt to act as my snack first.
Since those snacks can make me feel full easily,
so they were always in my shopping list.
Today,
I had made some change to my snack
because I'm getting bored to keep having the similar snack.
Hehe :D
First, you need to have a bowl of yogurt :)
Next, prepare some nuts. (LOL)
Then, mix them together! Haha :D
Yeah! You're done
Have your own flavor of yogurt! :P
p/s: you can even add in some fruits if you want!
